i have a 2007 Tacoma with a 2.7 4 cylinder. It is a manual. I replaced my battery today and afterwords my truck started running rough. While idling I could turn the wheel or mash the clutch and the truck would nearly cut off. I finally got to where I was headed and about three hours later I went to crank it and it would start but only run for a few seconds. Eventually it cranked and ran rough again but is starting to seem like it has began to run better. Has anyone ever had this issue? If so what was the problem? Thanks!!

When changing the battery on newer Toyotas (from what I understand) the car needs about 30 minutes to adjust. You need to drive it around and let it do its thing. The RPMs will be all over the place.
