You are totally right, I'm going to start running without a hood so I can show off.

Several weeks ago I saw a report of someone with a similar issue. No leaks and continuously running. Having a single bad motor/not running wouldn't cause it to run continuously if the pressure switch was working right. Turned out the issue was a bad check valve on one of the pistons which was just allowing air to leak straight back out and wasn't able to hear it since it was an internal leak.

Call up ARB and see what they say, I have heard nothing but good things about their customer service. Heard of several people receiving parts for their compressors at no cost even though they were out of warranty.

I purchased an ARB twin compressor from a group buy and the box arrived destroyed! One of the connectors was broken as well. I contacted ARB and they sent me a new connector and told me if I had any issues to contact them and they'd replace the compressor. Great customer service!

I wonder if you don't have the compressor wired up correctly. Perhaps poor connections.

My ARB Twin is flawless and puts out a consistent 150psi.

Mine also arrived in a damaged box bit the compresor was fine.

So a little update. Talked to ARB tech Ryan and he said just ship it to him and he'd replace! Sent it out last night. ARB is really great they dont mess around! He is very curious as to why that motor wont run. Hope to have the new compressor around the first of the new year! Thanks for everyone's thoughts and ideas!

I just installed my twin compressor and I can't seem to get it to work... I'm not using a tank either... I'm trying to connect it through my SPOD... Any help?

I think the SPOD's max draw is 30amps per line, this is 50+ so you're going to need to run a relay.

I just sent you a PM but I have 3x of the elbows you will need to hook up the locker air lines. The ones that fastnal use to carry are no longer available...PM when you need them. Also sent you instructions on moving the tube of the manifold so its in the correct position for 2x lockers..

Spod makes a harness for a compressor, that utilizes 2 switch spots, or you can wire it to 2 switch places and make sure both r on at same time.

Are you sure the SPOD can handle the load? I thought I had read that you should specifically NOT go through tje SPOD.

The load is not on the spod. It is less than a amp just to trigger the switch in the ARB. SwitchPro has the same set up and optional wire you can but to rig it up. Worked perfect for me.
