    Welcome! In order to really suggest a first mod, what are you planning on using the truck for? The bike rack does seem like an obvious choice though from the pictures.

    Edit: You could probably get something to mount on the tool box for the bike. Someone on here is bound to have done it already.

    Scratches, dents, and a lot of miles
    I'll second the more secure bike rack if you're going to be moving a bike around frequently. The front fork mounts are cheap (probably less than $20 if I remember correctly) and you could screw it right into the toolbox if you're keeping it. I used one for a while on a homemade mount attached to the bed rails and it worked great.

    Also, you might want to add your location to your profile, it'll come in handy for other people trying to help with questions or in the BST forums.
