    So questions...

Anyone running the EL095R packs with the top overload removed? How is it and what's you're height?

When installing these, arrows point forward, right?

When installing poly bushings, do we grease every damn thing or only the inner pin the bolt goes thru?

Anyone running these with Timbren's U Bolt Flip and bumpstops?

    Thanks guys

Bump just for a heads up. The EL095R packs use an M10 center pin. The size difference referred to above is likely from metric to standard. You can run the next size down (3/8) standard center pin but it has some extra wiggle room. Going a step up (7/16) is too tight. I won't say it's impossible. You'll prolly have luck tapping it in with a hammer. Also on the 7/16 bolt I have the head is larger and I'm not sure if it'll fit into the provision in the axle.

Also, FOR ANYONE PLANNING ON REMOVING A LEAF FROM THIS PACK for less lift, you will NEED NEW CENTER PINS. The center pin used by OME is shouldered. The shoulder accounts for the leaf thickness of the pack, unaltered. After removing the bigger overload from my pack I found the shoulder sits up too high now and I can't tighten down the nut all the way.

I'm going to check Fastenal for a shouldered M10 Hex cap bolt next week as a better fitting solution.

Can you explain how you "pulled forward"?
I just installed my kit I got from you but the ebrake is too tight. Thanks!

Thanks for the info on this. Would you know I f I’m adding a leaf to make it an 096, will the M10 centering pin still work? I wonder if a new centering pin comes with or can be ordered with the extra leaf?

@HeadStrong Off-Road Marie, can you advise? Thanks in advance.

It looks like it would work fine for adding just one. I think you're in the clear there.

The center pin on the 95R pack will accommodate the addition lf of the EL46XL. Now if you do ever plan on adding shims and need a center pin head a new center pin is needed because of the diameter of the pin itself.

Super impressed with the EL096R spring pack. Maintaining 2" of lift with 850lb load. Rear suspension was installed about just over six weeks ago and has been loaded with 4-500lb daily load since then, so it has 'settled'.

How did you pull yours? I can’t pull mine, even though there is slack before the mount near the front leaf spring mount. It seems that fitting is way to tight to allow the parking brake cable to slide through it.

Well, it’s been 4 weeks since I installed the 5160s in the back with the Dakar 96 pack. Finally got the 6112s installed yesterday. I am very impressed with the Dakar 96 pack. Final level for the rear is 24.5 from center hub to fender with a constant load of 320lbs. 0601FB41-97B1-4E28-91A0-2ADC49271C05.jpg EF236505-F4EB-432E-AEA9-3439D8F8E08A.jpg

Has anyone ran the 95 pack and removed a leaf to get 1.5" of lift?

    Thanks!

Also interested in the responces to this question. thinking of doing the same setup.... getting sick of my stock leafs with a single AAL, shitty axle wrap etc.

Hey guys! I have the EL095R pack - Yet to install it. I'm running about 400lbs constant load. Should I purchase the OME AAL EL46XL and add it onto the pack before installing it? Thanks!

I would! The 95R pack is the light weight pack correct? I put it on mine and added the AAL to make it a heavy on mine. I dont have any weight in my truck yet and I like how it rides. So to answer your question, yes I think you should.

Don't know the final lift height your looking for but with that amount of weight I would add the leaf and make it a "96" pack.
