Pre Purchase Inspection Needed in Alpharetta

I'm looking at purchasing a car in Alpharetta (not a Tacoma, but another Toyota). A friend's friend lives in the area and is very capable of looking at it for me, but won't be in town for a couple weeks.

I'm wondering if someone is in that area that would look at a car for me as if they were buying it themselves. The motor and such is not much of a concern...more about whether there are any items that aren't functioning properly and imperfections in the exterior that are noticeable.
