Just my two cents, gonna sound weird, but I had the same kind of thing happen to me on my f-150 and was just as stumped.

Ended up just doing a tire rotation and the vibe went away. Just something quick to try if you haven't tried that yet, hopefully it helps a little

OK you shim gurus.......do shims like this interfere with the bottom of the leaf centering bolt, fitting into the centering hole on the axle? I want to make sure I get good penetration of the little nub into the hole. :anonymous:

In answer to the question....Maybe...Maybe not....Some of those centering pins have a longer head than others. Last one I did (for someone else) had plenty of pin....Then I helped someone on a trail (Badlands) a couple summers back that had the axle move on 'em because not enough pin made it into the spring perch.

Then use a lock washer (that has a diameter same as bolt head) to "grow" the length of the centering pin if you feel it needs to be a bit longer...

Recently sent in a #transmission fluid sample to blackstone. This was original fluid. I was concerned becase it was dark, and i determined i was about 1/2 qt low. I am happy with this report, no issues at this time
