I placed my order on January 4 for my lift kit through these guys online. There was no mention of any parts on backorder. I called about 10 days after I placed the order to find out if there was tracking information only to find that they were waiting on struts to arrive to send the shipment to me. I called again on February 6 to find out what was going on... they had just received my struts and were planning to send them out after assembly in the next couple of days. They arrived to my house on the 13th. So that’s half my order.... when they sent my struts, they sent a drop ship notification to have my Dakar leaf springs shipped. Currently, i’m awaiting parts, which should be here on February 22, 49 days, or 7 weeks... I could get a car shipped from China faster than these guys work. And zero communication, it took me calling them to find out what my order status is.

My recommendation to them is to communicate to the customer if parts are not in stock (or update your website to reflect availability). Send the drop ship FIRST. Don’t be such douche canoes over the phone, zero sympathy... no offer to “make things right,” such as SWAG or something cheap to make me happy.

My recommendation to others is to find a different vendor to purchase from. Saving $11 was not worth the wait.
