Would this accident be investigated by the FAA?

 

That’s the discussion. Paramororing is quite unregulated and most crashes are just people getting injured or regrettably killed. When there is loss of life or considerable injury they will look into it. This situation apparently has drawn considerable attention from the FAA as there was damage to another parties property via an aircraft collision.

Waiting to see the incident report.

...^^^...I lived in Quebec on and off for a long time (had a apartment there for work) ... the secret to getting accepted for me ... was trying to speak French and telling them I was an American and not a English Canadian.

I lived in Montreal, Sorel, Drummondville, and Quebec City .... liked it except in the middle of the winter.

For the most part ... IMO, Canadians are more civilized than Americans ... and I am a American.

Lived all my life in southern Quebec, my mother tongue is English, but am nearly perfectly bilingual. There is good people and bad people in every race, creed, area, country and religion. I have travelled through every state on the eastern seaboard, vacation in New Hampshire and Massachusetts in the summer and Florida in the winter. Americans are just as good people as Canadians.

The Falcon Heavy needed some kind of a payload for this launch, and Musk, knowing that publicity works, decided to launch his own personal roadster with the cams, the "Starman" behind the wheel, "Don't Panic" on the nav system, and a copy of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy in the glove box, along with a towel. Better and more interesting then just a dummy satellite or just a lump of metal...

 

Its cool that his crew was able to do it (rocket was pretty bad ass), but I would be more impressed if they were able to figure out how to capture all the debris that is currently orbiting the earth.

I made nearly the same comment on reddit and was down voted into the fiery depths of hell. Those Elon cucks are a weird bunch. The guy could kill the last Rhinos on earth and people would still be strapping on knee pads
