Let a friend connect their phone to my Bluetooth and now mine will not connect. Tried deleting from my phone and tried a hard reset on head unit. Anyone have any ideas?

Hard reset on the head unit, as in you reset it to factory settings? Could always try disconnecting the battery, but obviously you'll be resetting everything.

Hard reset as in completely restarting the head unit by holding the two knobs on the head until it restarts itself.

Had a similar problem when my son connected his phone to mine. I had to unload his and completely redo mine in the settings. It took a few shots but finally got it without resetting the head unit. I won't let him connect again!
