Look thru this thread. And watch timmys video. It'll show you the process which is basically the same as the Prerunner. But they'll need to be pressed.

My local napa shop did mine. Took off the whole knuckle/spindle and took them in. Along with the oem bearings, snap rings, seals and the lock nuts. But call around and ask if they've done them before, and if they have the special tool(also listed in that thread i provided), and if not, you'll need to provide that for them as well to get the lock nut off. Which should be replaced. You CAN reuse them, if they remain intact, but they're supposed to be a one time use nut and be replaced when servicing the bearings(I didnt get them seeing as Timmy reused his, but the shop effd em up (which is easy to do) trying to get them off so I had to run and get some.)

The knuckle/spindle is fairly easy to remove. Upper and lower balljoint nuts(joints do not need to be removed, but good idea to replace them (with oem!) while you're at it) and tie rod ends. And calipers and brake lines too of course.. Take the whole assemblies in.

Gunny from camelback toyota is a good source for oem parts and gives us great prices. Just throw the part numbers out with your zip, and he's pretty quick to giving a quote. Then you can shoot him a pm with your PayPal address. He's quick to get them shipped out too.

Ive also included a pdf I snagged here from someone, and it has all the basic diagrams and part numbers.
