I can’t be the only one to notice this, but no mention turns up with a search.

I have a 17 TRDOR with Tech Pkg, so it has the automatic head lights that come on with a sensor. When I’m sitting in the truck running at night (eating a burger, waiting for a friend, stalking someone, etc.), if the truck is RUNNING, the headlights will be on normally. If I want to turn them off (makes it easier to stalk), you have to turn the switch to DRL OFF. Then the DASH LIGHTS and ENTUNE DISPLAY switch to super bright mode. Not only is it blinding, but it’s so bright it makes it obvious that I’m sitting eating a burger alone in my truck.

I can turn off the Entune screen, and it helps a little. Turning the dimmer on the odometer reset does nothing. I’ve played with all of the settings and can’t figure out a way to adjust the dash lights with DRL off.

    Anyone know of a fix?
