The vet is going to keep her another day. I'm sure they'll get their money.

Hi Sue, glad you are ok sorry about the truck.

Don't mess with batteries, go get a red top with a 4 year warranty and stop trying to fix an iffy one. I got stranded trying to do that.

If it just started, get on TamiFlu. Hope you feel better soon.

My brother doesn't like to have his picture posted...

    Beard stayed, nice trim.

Brakes are done. Ground down so far the noise clips were ground away. Evidently he missed reading the memo on how brake wear indicators work...

:sorry: See Doc ... this year’s bug is a killer.

    yep

    exactly

    Hiya Brother.

Miss those days ... haven’t thought about it for a while, RIP Intimidator.

    Yep.

That finger would be handy about now, huh?

    Solid advice. @Susan :hattip:

Surprising the number of folks with zero mechanical knowledge. Did your nephew help with the repair ...or did you get a chance to at least explain it to him?

It's a really good all around combination. I also have a Cat IT14 with forks, dirt bucket, brush grapples, auger and a V3 Flex-plane. It's nice to be able to have a line of tools to go between. 4-in-1's are nice to have. If I can find one for a decent price I'd pick one up with a smooth edge so I can have a bucket without teeth. It'll make it easier to pick.up the material after I run it through the grizzly.

The last set he ground down just as bad I did one wheel to show him and he did the rest. I guess it didn't sink in. But he's one heck of a wiz with the computer. He now works and lives on the NJ side of NYC so he didn't get to replace this set. Sis is going to drive this one as her DD after she turns in her leased Outback next month.

I like the service groups and support the service groups, I just don't want to join one. I just don't want to be part of that whole regimented/regulated force thing again. I've been to just about every clubhouse here and just can't get into it. I get recruitment mailings a few times a year. I was really close to joining one of the riding groups but seen how some of their affiliations leaned and just couldn't bring myself to do it. But, again, I do support their work efforts.

    Break wear indicators?

    Never use them.

If I had to deal with it, I'm sure I'd be right there too. If the sand here we're any worse I'm sure I'd have a machine to deal with it. Fortunately the wind changes and usually takes care of it and when that doesn't happen I usually wash it down into the street where the wind does take care of it.
