I found out today Nathan started Core with maybe 2 or 3 partners or investors. Anyone know who they might be?
He was kicked out of his shop in Collingwood for not paying rent.
He lost all his suppliers because of bounced cheques.

This has now turned into a criminal investigation from what I'm hearing.

I don't know what will happen but would be nice to see him arrested. He's done enough damage.

Hi guys just started following this thread. Was searching on how to contact Nathan and this thread popped up. Not a Tacoma owner but ordered a rtt, awning, walls and an annex in August, $2300 charged to my visa and have receipt and all that but same thing excuse after excuse, ruined my honeymoon and no product delivered. I read some of the thread but can someone tell me the number to call and who to talk to so I can help you guys and file against him..

 

Call your Visa and do a charge back right away.

 

I did, have to wait till Monday, not open on Saturdays but usually only works for 90 days

 

Depends on the circumstances. If you fall under code 30 you have 120 days to file a charge back after the date goods were promised to be delivered. Not the transaction date.

 

He never gave me a exact date just that I would of had it before Sept 7th 2017, then the on going every 2 weeks it will be here....... talked with him on Dec 22 2017 said he was switching to burmis tents and then nothing. Wouldn' answer calls or text.

 

Those are still promise to deliver dates.

I was just trying to get a hold of this weasel and I came across this. Looks like I'm out 1800.00 for an RTT rack and awning.

 

When I first called the OPP Sat. Feb.10th, the cop I spoke to actually called Nathan and said he was going to call me back. This was before everyone had called in so I guess he thought it was just a dispute between me and him. After about 15 minutes, he calls back and gives me Nathan's side of the story. Nathan told him his fabricators equipment had broken down and should be operational in about two weeks. His company was having cash flow problems at the moment and that he intended to pay me. He promised the cop he would pay me all of it or a portion by Fri. Feb. 16th. The OPP officer said he believed Nathan and that I should work with him. Fuck me, he even bullshit the OPP I was thinking. The officer asked that I call back if I don't get payment Friday. I told him that I have heard all the excuses possible and this wasn't new. He even lied to my lawyer the exact same promise to pay by Monday. I mentioned there are at least 16 others that I know of that are in the same situation, some going back a year. He didn't want to hear it because I was the only caller.
I'm calling tomorrow so they can see he lies to everyone. Hopefully I can have a little chat about what's happening so far and let everyone know.
