so im having similar issues. my truck starts fine cold and warm, but once it warms up to running temp and the idle drops. it sounds real low to me for some reason. it revs back up fine when you rev it. i sea foamed it before changing spark plugs. i didnt clean the throttle body when i replaced my injectors like i should have. there is 2 coolant lines on my tb. not sure why but ive seen them on nissans as well. ive checked for vacuum leaks with brake cleaner. i pulled my maf, it was a little dirty but cant find my maf sensor cleaner for the life of me. ive included a pic of my warm idle rpm.. does it look low? my evap system isnt hooked up right now also. but i stuck my finger over the metal line from rear to front and made no difference.

a decent scan tool that can give you fuel trims will help in solving issues like this. a few percent + or - either way is OK, anything more the O2 Sensor is trying to compensate.

ok guys, i cleaned my tb, put on a new mounting gasket, cleaned iac. checked for vacuum leaks, only thing i didnt do with fuel system is fuel filter and i cleaned the pump strainer when i had the pump out. its not restarting hard, just thought it idled low... but i drove it and let it run for over an hr today and no cel. idle is still the same as picture above. once i figure out how to upload a video i will show how it acts when revved... which seems totally normal to me.

After cleaning the throttle body and IACV with throttle body cleaner, and replacing the hose connecting the intake boot to the throttle body, this problem seems to have disappeared.
