I love my truck . Me and the family are doing some trail riding on a little getaway as we speak. I did have the cps recall and a windshield leak . Had to fix the windshield myself because the local dealer was playing stupid . Or is. I just dropped the headliner myself .

    Ome lift
    Rci sliders
    C4 swingout rear
    Cbi full hoop front

We stopped here at ruby falls in Tn on a whim...definitely glad we did . Staying in helen ga tonight and cruising a trail in the morning.

4,000 miles and love it! I don't have any of the problems that are so often talked about on this forum. I did, however, get a 'Shift Sense Pro v2'. It's like night and day and my gas mileage went up considerably!

Off-Road is the best bang for the buck.

I didn't see enough of a difference between the SR5 and the Sport, and didn't see the value in paying billions more for the Pro!

Which is why this poll, while a fun thing to look at, has no touch with reality.
We are on an enthusiast's forum.
Only people who are enthusiastic (or pissed off) about their vehicle come here.
I estimate about 2-3% of total Tacoma owners have posted here, based on observation against new sales numbers.
Who is enthusiastic about their trucks? Off Road and Pro owners mostly. Then comes Sport owners and then everyone else.

This poll is really telling us what is the Toyota truck enthusiast's vehicle of choice, and that's fine by me.
Just don't think these numbers are any indication of real sales.

Now, I can speak for one dealer as I have seen his breakdown by model. By memory:
    SR and SR5 - 20%
    Limited - 10%
    Pro - 1%
    Sport - 40%
    Off Road - 30%

Yeah, it totals to 101%, but there are fractions in there and I just rounded the numbers up. Pros are simply supply and demand.

Just got 700 miles on it and really like the truck. Nice upgrade from my 2004 SR5 2WD.

Totally agree. This just gives us an idea of what this forum's 3rd gen ownership looks like. Although I sense some Butt-Hurt...it's not my intention.

I do wish the poll could be customized graphically in real time....like 6 trucks in a dirt track racing or something.

A little over 200 miles on my access cab TRD OR long bed now. Still in the honeymoon phase, with no end in sight. It's supposed to snow tonight too...Gonna have to go test out the crawl control and rear locker just to see how it all works!

I've heard about 2K a year, which would be close to 1%. Low numbers are not to make it rare, it's simple supply and demand. Not many are A) going to want the components and B) going to pay the premium for that package.
Not a swipe at Pro owners at all. I like them a lot but i definitely don't need the package even though the price is no big deal for me. Im fine with the Sport lol.
