If you don't have them, you end up like that jackass that rolled his Chevy in the washout on trail 14. :D

Like I said though, if you're running an auto trans, it has a built in parking brake that will probably be fine. It's the E-brake factor I'd be worried about. If you're going down a steep hill on the trail and you step on the brake pedal and it goes to the floor, what do you do? If you have a mechanical E-brake back-up, you can pull that and maybe not end up going down the mountain the hard way. Maybe it's just me, but I like to have a little redundancy when it comes to brakes. ;)

Go through the solid axle builds and link the ones with a parking brake

I haven’t had an e-brake in years. Sometimes I hit the e-brake pedal just cause.

    I prefer skinny tires.

I’ll most likely go with the 40x13.50r17 Coopers.

Well, I prefer skinny girls to the wider ones, so I guess I can't call you out on that, lol. They have a 40x13.5-17 TSL SXII

Back in the day, I had a set of 31x13-15 SXs on a Ford Ranger and then my YJ. They rode pretty darn good, even compared to radials. Only issue I had with them was that on the YJ they worked so good that nothing was a challenge until I ran out of ground clearance, which with 31s was pretty quick.

You made this process look easy.

I really wish more people would take up CAD. Take measurements after mocking it up and have all plates cut and tacked then sell as a kit.

I've definitely been asked to do such, but more hassle than it is really worth for me, not to mention some liability issues. I've seen individuals release their CAD files to whoever wanted them, but the end user was responsible for finding someone to cut them for them and then the assembly was all up to them. I think that would be the way to go....

What's left after that? Driveshafts, t-case, trans crossmember?

On my end.... rear shocks, bumpers, trans crossmember..... everything else that is non-fabricating is not really on my radar at the moment
