have any good subs you can lean on to keep the work rolling during the down time?

 

Ive probably said it before, but our company has GPS trackers on all trucks. mainly to prevent payroll theft. have a fleet over over 1,000 vehicles including all the POVs. every job site has a geofence, and if you punch in through your phone, outside the geofence, it throws a flag. also monitors driving habits, hard acceleration, hard stops, hard turns, speed etc. the good drivers get rewarded for safe driving habits, and the bad ones get some free help not the good kind of free help though. and if the guys have a problem with the system they have a choice to make. always have a choice though if crew trucks move after hours, or on weekends an alert is sent as well.

yep, pretty much. its not bad. I drive my own truck for work, and have a device in my truck. mainly for tracking business miles. i get my reports weekly, and month end summary. I do not show up on any departments weekly driving habit score report though. not gonna say anything about that though
