Tips for getting clips out/ grille insert

    Best tips ya got, I will take them. I found videos on this but they never tell how they did it.

    No real tricks to it, just take your time and move slow. You start rushing or forcing things they will start breaking.

    Go Slow and remember that it doesn't really need ALL of those clips to be secure. I took my time and still broke 3 clips. The grille is still secure.

    Well I've mash in clips and pushed down. Doesn't seem to work. Lol, my fingers hurt like heck. Being trying for hours!

    I used a small terminal style flat had screw driver.

    Have you removed the whole surround from the truck? Remove screws from trim first, then the clips and then the grille itself. Just get a couple started and work your way around and they both pop right out.

    take you time and use a wide flat tip screw driver. Worked swimmingly for me.

    Welp, have the grille installed. Now I need to upgrade the fog lights. Smh, this is getting expensive.
