To answer your last question: they are a minivan. It's literally anthesis of any sort of auto enthusiast vehicle.

That's not an enthusiast, that's just someone who owns a vehicle to get them from a to b

 

I would argue that someone who is enthusiastic about their car on any premise (practicality, performance, gas mileage) is an enthusiast. It's about having an interest in a car not the reason said person is interested in the car.

 

This is a forum of people who generally modify their trucks for an event they may never see in their life... we drive what we like and not necessarily for their practicality. Obviously, there are plenty of purpose-built rigs out there but I would guess there are very few on this forum who would admire a minivan for its practicality. They’re like a step up from rock bottom when it comes to the world of vehicles in my opinion. Only thing lower would be a PT Cruiser, Pontiac Aztec, Honda Element and a few choice others.

I am aware. I'm just making a general statement on automotive enthusiasm. I love my off-roadable truck as well as a roadtrip-able minivan.

 

I'm enthusiastic about our truck's safety ratings and fuel economy. That's why I bought it

 

I'm not thrilled with fuel economy. but way better than my old s10.

 

Speaking of, since you have the same setup. What do you get for mileage?

 

Fuck yes. I also bought my FJ due to its sports car handling, Mercedes quiet ride, and fuel economy

 

I bought mine specifically so I could not go fast enough to get pulled over for speeding, then added more shit specifically to make it slower. I also bought it for all the options it originally came with, A/C

How are you guys doing?
You learn more from the second one, but they don't break easily.
So don't sweat the small stuff, too much.
Just keep her fed, clean, warm and loved.
Anything beyond that is small.
It will/can get hard but its up to you, she's got no one else.

I'd take the Caravan, since i use to have one as a company vehicle so I had no choice lol
