    Exactly. My buddies 1187 has the same extractor. We were out at the range shooting some skeet, his extractor jammed and he wasn’t able to cycle the action. Took both of us 20 min to get it open with a loaded round in the chamber. Dangerous stuff

    I could not agree more, I started my Daughter when She was 8, She is now 28 and a better all around shooter than I am. Be prepared to lose a few Firearms in the future when your Daughter claims them as Hers :annoyed:Her Duty weapon is a Glock 19 and She is Surgical with it.:thumbsup:

    Just finished my ‘mods’ on my recently purchased Savage B17 FV-SR tack driver!
    Mounted a Vortex Crossfire II 6-18x44 V-Brite scope and a bi-pod....to reach out and touch someone...actually varmits. Hoping to get eyeball shots.
    Will get to the range to zero it in.
    Fun gun...
    Has one of the best triggers I ever shot straight out of the box....my Walther PPQ 9mm is next in that category.
    Was shooting for a day on some land with a red dot. Didn’t really need ear protection. Indoor range I did. Not to mention other shooters.
