So I'm looking to upgrade my suspension. Probably keep the Dakars. Looking at recommendations for rear shocks and if I should relocate them. As for the front, I'd love to do King coilovers or Radflos (extended travel) to be able to handle the weight up front and still be a smooth ride with a little more lift than I have now

Just a suggestion but... I'd stay away from the RadFlo stuff. I had a set that came with my SAS 3 link kit. They were awful. The RT blew twice before I took it off road. There are some brutal speed bumps in my condo complex though.

    Your build is looking great.
I hope this helps you... it will surely save you time, money and headaches.

Good to know, thanks. We have some harsh weather up here and thats why I like my OME setup because it can handle the rain, mud and snow. Would love to be able to solid axle this truck one day but that won't be for a while.

Most recent picture and a throw back of it in its prime.

Trying to decide what I want to do next. I wouldn't mind having the truck one colour again. But also looking into locking the rear axle, rear bumper with swing out, or getting the rear to ride nice (shock relocation and maybe kings). Decisions...

Finally picked up an e-locker axle and also bought my old canopy back. Going to use it for winter camping season this year. May try to build an external over the canopy rack and have the tent up there too. We'll see!

Rides a lot better with the radflos in. Next mod might be a custom rear bumper with a swing out
