Try putting a stuffed animal in the window to "scare" the bird away. It worked for us before. I think we used a small stuffed penguin, compliments of the dog.

Edit: If that doesn't work, the hardware store sells a clear gel that keeps birds and other animals away. It comes in a tube like caulking. We have used it on top of ceiling fan blades outside to prevent birds from nesting. Just be careful what surface you put the gel on so it doesn't damage anything. Also, I wouldn't put the gel anywhere where kids or pets could come into contact.

yup! had a local shop re-arch and add capacity to my deaver u402 pack which was sagging quite a bit with load in the back (i.e. riding bumpstops with just the shell + spare tire and 5gal gas on the swingout ... much worse with gear loaded in the back).
