    Yea, no kidding. It's gonna be a shit show so I'll probably avoid it. Maybe I'll head over on Sunday and get sloppy seconds

    I'm talking about even more analog. I ditched my canes years ago. I drill all my buckets like they're bottling buckets w/spigot. Hook a hose to it and gravity feed into my keg. So freakin easy

    Oh nice. Yeah my porter was in the bucket with the spigot. It’s my go to currently.

    That Norther brewer bucket in the pic is at least 6 years old...

    I usually get rid of my buckets after a year or so because of fear of infection. This one has been my experiment. Probably 30 batches in it and good so far! It’s also only gets overflow if I brew more than one batch at a time.

    It's coming along nicely, needs a few more days to carbonate. I'm pretty happy with the flavor - smooth and very tropical with a decent amount of bitterness.

    It's not bad but not good either IMO. I've been there it's not that close though. I have a few good spots near me I prefer. Mindful Brewing is one of my favs. It's near Mt. Lebanon.
