Forgive the newb question, but how would you incorporate boost into the Tacoma setup WRT sensors/feedback?

Matt, I asked the group a bit ago but wasn't entirely sure I got a satisfactory answer. I have never flashed the TCU, just the ECU with the 1.02 you gave me to tide me over while I wait for 1.03. Will I need to flash the TCU separately with 1.03? Am I missing additional benefits of the tune from not flashing the TCU yet too?

 

I hope youre calling Lexus dealers not looking online! Shit, its sometimes hard to find toyota OEM sites that’re updated for 2017. I haven’t seen any yet with 2018.

 

I will let everyone know if a TCU flash is required with 1.03

I went to the dealer to talk with the guys I know over there. They can't get any yet. They did let me inspect the engine

ehh the exhaust pieces for my turbos arrived today so who cares about the LS500 anyway

 

Do you have to update that when you drive? I swear mine is blank until I move to that screen

 

If you’re taking about the screen between the speedo and tach..

If you go to the settings on it (all the way to the right) it’s customizable!

Your owners manual tells you this.

On the head unit under the Eco app? Not sure if that's where you mean, but you have to tap the update button at the end of your drive before you shut the truck off to enter that drive info.
