I have a 2007 Tacoma TRD Sport DCLB and I was wanting a new exhaust and thinking of getting the flow master 50 delta series. I don't want too much noise but definitely a different tone which from the videos I have watched the 50 series is the way to go. Now my main question is, I have a k&n cold air intake so will it make the 50 series quite a bit louder? I don't want my truck to sound like a full size because it's not and I don't want a drone on the highway.

Intake will not make the muffler louder . Intake is louder than stock. Both will be louder together. In my experience.

Trying to figure out if I want to gamble getting it and having a obnoxious drone.

If you want a muffler , get one. Depending on where the tailpipe is ran out too . IE Dumped at or by axle. Can change your outcome. You can always sell or or try a Magnaflow. I have a 14" oval , I thought it was supposed to be loud. Not that loud. If you get on it, yeah but not bad...
