@Pilot Greg I paid for Toyota to recover my seats when my truck was brand new. They removed the original material and covered my seats with “all weather” I loved them at first then the drivers side split in two places in a years time and My Dealership would not Warranty it. I could have bought 3 or 4 sets of high end covers for what I paid Toyota.58646984-7D82-4E97-BC76-292A051A6D64.jpg58646984-7D82-4E97-BC76-292A051A6D64.jpg FCC380BA-F125-4D26-898E-1A1B36B3DBC7.jpg

I'm amazed they still look that good! I put seat covers on mine the week I bought it (brand new). I have the old TRD seat covers that are rubber on the seat and back. They don't quite fully cover the seat and I have a small amount of wear near the junction of the seat and back. Otherwise, they look brand new still.

Recover them with new fabric...I am waiting for my katzkin leather to arrive so will most likely be selling the fabric from my 2015 double cab soon. I've had covers on them so they are like brand new!

By these ^ from this guy or find one of the many others that have put Katzkins in their trucks and still have the stock covers... You could probably get them for a good price...
