What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I bought these off another member on the forum. $200. each shipped from the left coast to the right coast, x5, brand new in the box. I lucked out for sure.

I hear there are dealerships in the great state of Texas though that stock them. You might want to wait though. I hear something new is coming. Heck, even I'm excited.

 

I had some Spidertrax spacers on stock wheels. How do these compare? Looking to get a little wider stance on the new rims.

 

A little before and after. Some 4Runner TRD Pro wheels and 285/70-17 Falken AT3Ws. Much better I couldn’t stand those OR wheels. I’ll probably run these wheels until the end of March when I can hopefully score a set of 17” Matte Black F5s.

 

What do you plan on doing with the OR wheels?

With the 285's, did you have to trim and or anything else to get them to fit?

 

No. I’m lifted about 2.5” in the front, 1.5” in the rear and every now and then with the wheel fully locked and in reverse the tire will just barely catch my front mudflap

I hear you. Still looks great! I plan to take that same route. Are those the P rated or LTs C rated?

 

Actually they are E rated to hit the trails and really air down. I’m an hour from hundreds of miles of trails in the Sierra’s and gold rush country.
