Mine will be going back to power eventually, it's wired for it but both mirrors broke when the truck was rolled, and since I'm the only one who drives it they don't really need to be adjusted

 

nah both my 95 and 96 are manual push mirrors. 03 is power.

Front end is done just gotta do the rear, gotta do it later though, gf wants to eat plus I got a Dr appointment.

 

With the skids off yesterday, I took the opportunity to grease the drive shaft with slightly less cursing than when they are in the way. Results were great - Greasing the Drive Shaft Fixed My Rattle !

I guess so! I mean I do have everything on that list cept for 4wd components and the power mirrors. I should see if it is wired up for power mirrors. But really doesn't matter since it is just me driving it always

Removed the bed. I think you can slide it back enough to get to the tank once it’s unbolted.

 

Had those on my 99. Loved em compared to the manual flag style mirriors. Now my 03 has power.

 

Might sound like a dumb question... But where do you guys put the jack stands in the rear so I could change leafs and shocks? I was thinking the axle, but is it possible to do 1 leaf and shock at a time?

 

right in front of the front spring hanger, if your stands are tall enough.

 

Well at least I don't have to paint two filler panels...

 

The highest they go is here, thats with the rear not jacked up either. Will this be fine?

 

No, you're gonna need some bigger jack stands haha, I had to use mine almost at the top and I have 6ton stands.

That might be even more dangerous than what you were trying to do yesterday.

Go buy some horrible freight 6 ton jackstands, you'll need them for your lifted truck anyways.
