My weekend watch is a Seiko 805. I like it because it's small and unobtrusive, doesn't bug me to wear it like a lot of the big clunky men's watches that are out there now. Automatic movement and luminous enough to read in the dark.

Watch series 3, space gray aluminum. Nice little device - definitely not ‘needed’ though. Not looking forward into being tempted into future ones either...

Most of the ones I have seen were on rubber straps. It looks great on a bracelet!

Casio Riseman, w/ Alti & baro. 2nd band in 4 yrs. Love this watch, beat to heck and no issues.0217182253.jpg

Edit, found it at an REI attic sale for $38, customer said display didn't work. Its solar! Wear it outside:facepalm:, you did get it at an outdoor store.

That's pretty cool. Makes me wonder... did it change hands during the depression? Did the owner have to sell it? With the shape it's in, probably not pawned at least

Just unboxed it. Much to come.

As I stated I have this watch. Year 7 no issues. 2nd Band also. Looked at others since , always walk out happy with mine still on. Tried on a frogman last week. Not enough difference to tell. This watch is a banger for sure.

so I took two watches in to get batteries replaced and the Victorinox didn't start ticking with new battery. I wore it less than 10 times. There are some Victorinox repair shops close by. Hope it's something simple.

My other Rip Curl watch. This thing is a tank in terms of both mass & durability.
