    I haven't personally done this. I've seen others with this setup. Now if someone wanted to be realy cool, they should incorporate receivers into the front and rear of their sliders. I'm thinking angle the rear receivers forward and the front ones angled rearward.

    Or just run the winch line through a pulley to a strap that you've connected to the sliders.

    My two snatch blocks actually arrived today. :D

    The building of the electrical system to support 400+ amps is really making my head spin. That pink @Muddinfun posted confirms my suspicions of what is required to get power to a winch of this level. I think I'm going to run a marine switch that has 3 positions; off, 1, and 2. I'd leave it in the off position driving around daily and then 1 would be the front power connector, 2 would be the rear. That way they both aren't active at once.

    That's why I bought the Warn front and rear kits. It took all the thinking out of it. $130 for the rear kit and $90 for the front kit. Super easy.

    This is my switch. It's connected to an ignition power source. It switches the solenoid, which determines if my winch gets power or not. It's illuminated, so I know when it's on.

    Do you have pics of how your front and rear quickconnects are placed? I picked up the warn kit and trying to figure out how to mount for easy access.

    I ran the rear down the driver side frame and have it tucked up next to the hitch - lots of heavy duty zit ties down the frame rail. The front is similar. It is hidden behind the plastic bumper when not in use, and can be pulled up next to the front hitch. I have the Warn dust cover on both ends when not in use to keep crud out. I also keep dielectric grease on the contacts to prevent corrosion. Next time I clean them, I think I'll use battery terminal protectant.
