please allow the truck at least 20 - 30 miles to set all the fuel trims. It will require various types of driving (low load, high load, low rpm, high rpm) to set the ignition feedback learning. There is not a set amount of miles, it has multiple set flags that require different load and RPM points be met several times.
Allow the truck to warm up, and the transmission as well. I have worked on cold engine / trans mapping, but like any transmission it responds better at operating temp.

MAKE SURE WHEN YOU FLASH THE TCU TO SET THE FLASH OPTION TO GEARBOX
