So many great things. So many that I decided to paste what Mat from OVTune posted a few days back and yesterday.

I think that's all of it"

    He also wrote:
    "okay everyone..
I have talked a lot about highway, 6th gear, and shown some video of highway driving.
I wanted to create a video with a few different other driving modes, around town driving.
over the last few days I have been working on touching things up, testing, driving, etc.

In D mode the transmission is behaving perfectly.
something you guys will see in D mode I have the upshift schedule setup to mimic the demand from the driver.
under 45-50mph city driving you'll get locked up when you go to 4th gear and can use this for very low rpm sustained driving / moderate acceleration (as you'll see).

in D mode, normal driving >
as you drive and only give it low or moderate throttle gears 1/2/3 are matched as closely as possible to shift right around 2500 RPM
give it more throttle and gear shift is matched 1/2/3 to shift right at 3000 rpm
give it more throttle and gear shift is matched 1/2/3 to shift near 33-3400 rpm
near full throttle (but not) gear is matched 1/2/3 to shift around 4500 rpm
(tuned @ my trucks setup. gears can change this).
how the truck will shift and respond is now closer tailored to how you use the accelerator

you will notice in higher gears, and S mode you have a lot more room to play with the accelerator and it will not immediately downshift if you want to move."

There will be more on the OVTune website once he has updated the info at

    https://www.ovtuned.com/collections/tacoma/products/toyota-tacoma-2grfks-calibration

I highly recommend that you purchase this tune if you can. It will make a world of difference in how your 3rd gen Taco runs and performs!!!

I know... I need to adjust it a tiny bit to make the TRD perfectly straight.

Please let me know how the 4.88s improve the ride. I'm looking at getting them installed as well. I'm running 32's.

My take on this AC Drain fix.
    PARTS
    - 3/8" x 3/8" Barb Hose Splicer
    - 3/8" x 1/4" IN Barb Adapter
    - 1/4" IN Pipe Cap
    - 3/16" x 7/16" x 9/32" x 5/16" Rubber Grommet (Lowes# 884624)
    - faucet screen
    - 1/4" to 5/8" stainless hose clamps.
    - 2 feet of 3/8" ID Hose (Advanced Auto only had gas line)

    1) Let the truck cool down - haha
    2) Put the grommet inside the pipe cap and screwed the barb Adapter into the cap so the grommet cannot move. Then drilled straight through the assembly. Take apart and make the hole in the grommet and cap a little bit bigger.
    3) Hand cut the screen to to the diameter of the grommet, which fits perfectly inside the cap.
    4) Cut the grommet in half (this makes it like a rubber washer now)
    5) Put the screen in the cap, then put the Grommet/washer in and tighten down the barb Adapter on top.
    6) Connect the rest and zip tie like everyone has done.
    Thanks for the idea guys!!

RedArc dual battery system, AluCab canopy, Prinsu rack fore and aft Planned: Mobtown recovery bar and full steel skids, light bar on rack and BD amber fog replacements, ham radio and antennae, SPOD system, 12 gallon water tank integrated with bed drawer system
Finished my bed drawer and slider system today. Fuse block in the passenger side cubby is wired for air compressor, water pump and lighting systems. I’ll install the 12 gallon water tank and pump and the air compressor and tank next. All fits forward of the bulkhead that houses the drawer slides. Quick disconnect ports for air and water will reside on a panel the left of the drawers. 30418F2F-3236-4840-B987-0F07C7DC8F85.jpg 0598BA43-29B7-42EF-82F9-2501A82CDA20.jpg 3EDE4E55-8176-41AE-849B-9511F45C8B0A.jpg3AC9908D-B7BF-49A7-8433-22F4CBA3448E.jpg
