Hi guys, just picked up my first Tacoma, a 18 off road DCSB. I've had it for a week so far and I love it, shoulda got one years ago. I want to add a tonneau cover and would love one with a cross bars system so I can use my roof box when needed for my more gear intensive trips. I've pretty much settled on a retractable cover, specifically the American roll cover with the Yakima bars and have a few questions for people using this set up. I did search and look on Google but couldn't really fofi what I was looking for.

Have you found the cannister interferes significantly with your ability to carry supplies for say house and yard work? Do you completely use the use of the stock rails in the bed? What about The tie down points in the front of the bed? How easy is it to remove the bars from the tracks when not needed?

    Thanks for the help.
