Does anyone know the last year Toyota offered a TRD OR Access Cab with a manual transmission, or are there build sheets for all of the model years out here somewhere?

I have an 05 with that configuration and I'm ready for a newer model. The 17's only come with an AT and the one I test drove was a dog. If you have one in this configuration, please post the model year, so I can get an idea of what year to look for.
    Thanks!

I know. I've looked into importing one and it's really expensive.

You could buy one that's not an OR and make it better than OR with the money you save. Buy a base, SR, SR5, or even a sport and build it

This. Just add a rear locker and your good to go! Only thing youll miss out on is the interior tidbits and ATRAC (which is good but not a nessessity)

Good point. I hate buying a brand new truck and then blowing up the warranty with mods. I mostly want the e locker and that's a pretty expensive upgrade, but I may consider it.

Unless they really got to digging, I doubt they would find the locker.

You could also put any of the limited slips in and they would have to take the thing apart to really confirm it. I've thought many many times about putting a TrueTrac in mine. My Ram and BRZ both have helical gear type rear LSD's and come up the hill to my house effortlessly with no spinning. Every single day coming up the hill to the house my Tacoma will spin a little!

A locker is a fairly expensive upgrade. Go ARB instead of e locker.

This is a very good point. A Tru Trac is a great option for far less money. It's as close to a locker as most people will ever need, with all of the best on road characteristics too.

Well, looking at the build sheets, the only V6 long bed with an manual transmission is the Sport. If I could get an SR and build it that might be worth it, but the Sport is pricey, I don't like the hood scoop, the tires or the suspension. I had talked myself into all kinds of configurations I would accept to get a manual, but this was not one of them. I still think I'll start looking for newer second gens.

Along with the 4.0 Next will be Low range, my guess. They aren't building these for truck people.

I have the 15, took a couple months of searching. I wish they had the DCLB in 6 speed manual.
