They aren't bad, just take forever esp the first time.

 

Oh yeah! I got a big fookin crack in my Subaru windshield somehow! Probably gonna have to replace it in the next month since it’ll spread.

I've had a chip (Not crack) in my Tacoma windshield for a couple years waiting for it to go and nothing. I'm afraid I get it fixed and bam a real crack will happen lol

 

My dad knows a trick where pushing in the windshield with his thumb makes the crack turn around in a circle and it stops spreading... but I never tried it myself lol

 

That's pretty cool! I scheduled a visit with safelite through my insurance, so we'll see if they want to repair it or just replace the windshield.

 

For those of you that have ditch lights..where did you mount your switch?

 

I have mine mounted to the left of the steering wheel.

 

beside the steering wheel. but order RED because their AMBER is actually more like yellow then burnt orange.

I put mine on the left also in an OEM blank

 

Usually if it's bigger than a quarter, they will replace.



Its been an expensive weekend for me.

-Sold my FZ
-Paid off Z125 to aid in sale/trade in.
-Made appointment at Harley dealership for tomorrow to look at some new bikes. (Will not buy yet) but it's always all smiles when im in any dealership haha.

-Also bought gusseted spindles on Friday.

 

I thought the same, but that’s with chips only. I just learned that cracks under 6” can be repaired apparently, but since mine is at the edge they will likely replace it!

I dont either! But you could put it to the left of the cup holder on the center console..
