So my brakes starting acting up needed to start pumping them to stop also the front driver hub started scraping. I swapped the both front hubs and the brakes (had new brakes laying around). The truck drove great for a week until I left the house Saturday and the brakes started acting up again I made it about 3 miles from the house when the passenger wheel ripped all of the lug studs off and rolled passed my truck while I was going 50mph. I thought that perhaps my master cylinder could be going out but after the wheel flew off I have no idea what could be the issue.

That definitely doesn't sound like a brake problem. You need to figure out why your wheels are falling off.

Sounds like you didn't tighten your lug nuts, or you took an impact gun to them with a vengeance.

I always use a torque wrench on everything. But still doesn't explain why the brakes started acting up again randomly

apparently not if the wheel came off.
As for the brakes did you bleed the system? Did you use a scanner to bleed the abs?

I see you are in Hawaii, Are you using wheel spacers for a wider stance with the stock lug studs? I know this is a popular thing on the islands.

If so that is probably the issue as the stock studs are usually not long enough for the spacers.

I didn't have spacers on the front I heard they Jack up your hubs.
I didn' know about bleeding the ABS with a scanner I just bled the brake lines

When you recovered the wheel was the hub still bolted to it or was it just the wheel? Makes a difference if you had a hub off or a wheel off...

Thats what it looked like right after I pulled over to the side. Only one stud was left on the hub and the hub was intact.
