    ok made some ground beef jerky tonight. and it turned out good so far. used the jerky gun and it worked. everyone was correct very little liquid. now it's the waiting game.

    John Force's car blowed the heck up yesterday. I didn't get to watch the semi or final rounds though. I'd really like to watch the Top Fuel H-D's. Them boys ain't right in the head.

    Watched that race on TV yesterday and it was a scary engine explosion !!!

    You want to see scary , try watching a Top Fuel Hydro !!! , them drivers are a little crazy . 9500hp twin props from a V drive on a rolling 1k ft track running 260 plus mph and relying on a small piece of waterproof fabric as their chute

    Weather here today was nice.
    After the positive things we saw with my mom on Thursday, she went backwards. We meet with doctors Saturday and it wasn't good. Today she was taken to a Hospice home. It was her wishes that she did not want to go to nursing home and have a feeding tube.
    This sucks.
    It' s weird, the dogs know somthing is wrong. They have been sticking real close to me.
