Yeah, dogs know when something ain't right.

 

When we first got this house one of our kitchen light fixtures was the exact same thing in the pic.
That was the first thing to go.
They must have been like 5 feet tall as either if I raised the fixture the chain would hit me or the other way the fixture would.
I have done some sheet rock repair and even that is not pleasant.
Full sheet work work needs ingenuity.

When we bought our house we took a drop-in ceiling out of one room and had to dry wall the ceiling. The crown molding was a much larger PITA than the sheet rock work

 

The only thing I don’t like about this house is all the rooms on the main floor do not have center light fixtures except for the kitchen.

One of these days..... maybe...

 

overhead sheetrock is the worst.

I don’t like the old track lights. I’d rather have box lights,like new led style fluorescent. At least there’s a ceiling fan in kitchen.

 

And repaired another roof leak at hip roof at chimney

Well yer “office” is in one place, that’s a good thing, isn’t it?
My office has 4 doors and XM, not tryin to be smart ass Mike but my commute will be 5hrs today.

We had saying at the product development shop I worked at “the reason folks come to us to get the job done is because no one else will get the job done.” I also had a sign at my bench mentioning something about “turd polishing done here daily”
