Maybe some of you with 3rd gen found something that works while building your long travel axles? I need to source some high angle inner cv boots.

I searched for about 3 hours so far but it seems to be a secrete if anything is proven to work.

Mine isn’t long travel yet but it’s been OME 888 lifted over 3 inches for a year and the inner boots wore thru themselves in 15000 miles .

I ended up buying OEm boots Stretching them and buying a diff drop.

How is this going for you? I have 888 coils with bilstein 5100's in front and my passenger boot is now torn after about 20,000 miles. Did the diff drop help much and did you take the CV joints all the way off to add the new OEM boots? Part of me thinks it is time to just buy the winch and bumper to "help" this problem as I have been running 888 without a bumper or winch. :)

I used the Red Silicone boots on my inners. No problems, over 15k on them. I prefer the stock OEM on the outer.

Do you have a link to those or the brand? And did you have any troubles with getting them to fit? Thanks!
