I use the dynamic cruise control and LDA daily and they work very well for me. I have had a lot of issues with the auto high beams on split four-lane interstates. My theory is that the glare of the headlights on the large interstate signs trick the sensor into thinking it is an oncoming vehicle, so the headlights dim. On two-lane roads it works perfectly, but I probably look crazy to oncoming traffic with my spazzing lights going from high to low constantly. I don't normally drive with high beams on the interstate anyway so it's not a huge deal, but has anyone else noticed this?

Maybe the 17 could have been loaded with extra options while the 18 was bare bones?

Lane departure could be useful on long drives when tired
    Radar cruise is awesome
Emergency braking ... definitely interesting. Had a false alarm the other day, it simple screamed at me and warned me to break. Smashed the gas pedal and carried on. So even a false positive is no big deal.
Worst case scenario is it decided to brake 100% with little to no warning... and there is someone behind you.
Auto headlights... kinda silly. Might be useful in the middle of nowhere.

So far so good, I think overall only helps
