Yeah I've really been trying to do this with out anything stronger than Tylenol 3 but I don't think it's going to get it done. But a dependency on the meds scares me more than the pain.

The moment I was looking forward to the next pain, yet the pain wasnt really bad, I knew the pills needed to go in the shitter.

When my wife asked me if the pain was worse then when she sewed up a cut on my arm with no anesthetic, I was able to quantify if I really needed the drugs.

Get well soon Tony! Having been over the maint on first responders vehicles for several years I have seen officers not make it through less damage than that. God was riding with you Sir.

Well guys I'm finally back!!!! To the forum and from a full recovery and will be on Full Duty 3/5/18. It was a long road to recovery especially after my body rejected some of the hardware that was put in for my ACL reconstruction months after the accident, but I've finally made it to the other side and back. Unfortunately due to the accident I had to let my 2nd gen go, but just picked up a pristine 2004 black Ext Cab TRDOR step side that I absolutely love.
