This is a question for those using aftermarket SMS apps on their Android phone (or presumably IOS as well)

I'm using Signal Messenger as a replacement app, but since I've made the switch my phone doesn't sync with my Entune unit when connected via Bluetooth. It does not and notify me of, or read out text messages. The only thing that occurs is the notification noise that comes through the speakers.

Does anyone else have a similar problem? Do you have any fixes (besides returning to the SMS text app that came on their phone?)
