They arrested the one that made threats here.

    FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

    Salisbury Police Department
    130 E. Liberty St.
    Salisbury, NC 28144
    (704) 638-5333

    Arrest in School Threat

SALISBURY, N.C., (2/27/2018) – Detectives with the Salisbury Police Department were able to charge on a Juvenile Petition, a 14 year old 9th grade student at Salisbury High School for making an Anonymous or Threatening Communication to the school. This charge is the result of an investigation which began on Thursday February 22nd in which someone threatened to shoot up an SHS School on Social Media. It was determined that the original threat occurred in Ohio and was posted by a subject using the profile name Ray Andres. The Salisbury High School student that was charged in our case, changed an old Facebook account to mirror the account of the original poster. In the new post the student specifically identified the school he was going to target as Salisbury High School. This caused the school to be placed on lockdown for the day. Administrators at Salisbury High School have been notified of the young man’s Juvenile Petition and are taking appropriate actions on their end. This was an isolated incident involving only one student and no further arrests or anticipated at this time.

*A Juvenile petition is a charge that is taken out by law enforcement and juvenile court counselors for a subject who is not yet 16 years of age but commits an offense that would be a crime under state law if committed by an adult.

I get to have the pleasure of getting an actual lawn started instead of a back yard filled with clovers. The front yard is covered in perpetual pine straw. Nothing happening there. Back yard is half shade, half sun. Should be fun.

I've seen some other pictures of your back yard play area, too, that's given me some ideas, especially the covered area for smoking and sitting around. I like that a lot. Showed it to my wife and she was like, that looks so cool! The sunny half of the yard I want to keep open except for the kid's play yard for room to ride bikes and stuff. And maybe a trampoline. Still a little on the fence about that one.

I promise, If I had to make that commute from my house to downtown daily? I would quit or shoot myself in the foot! That mess sucked! Field trip was ok but bit rushed with a huge group.

Now back to work? (I Need a NAP!)

I saw it on Twitter. A guy that works for The Herald tweeted it and I didn’t see a link to it. I think it meant they were allocating funds for more resource officers, not sure.

Any of y'all know how to ID what vehicle a brush guard would go to? Neighbor is wanting to sell one his sister had before she passed and we have no clue where to start. Pics below
