    Yea I'm pretty sure its normal. I have that gap too, the pictures oh BPfabrication website have the gap. I'm going to cut the aluminum spacers to decrease the size of the gap.

    I adjusted the skidplate and shortened the gap. It was not fully seated to the rear when I first installed. I think it’s right on the money now. I like the embossed stamp in black. It looks great.
