    well trainin a new machine operator this week Damn. our workforce is gettin real weak. im patient have train alot of people but they have to try!! he cant remember anything. told him to take notes. he doesnt. you cant learn more if u cant retain simple math. im tired an agravated.dont think this one will make it.but he is a big talker on hiself. hope he wears his floatys when on his own or will sink.sorry for whinning tonite but snowflakes piss me off

    But, being part of support services I have to help people. Some nights nobody bothers me, some it's never ends. The engineering staff is the worse.
