I’ve been working out of the back of my Tacoma on this trailer the past few days. I got it for $200 and I’m fixing it up. Teaching myself to weld at the same time..,

This morning changed the oil and filter, air filter, and cleaned the throttle body. After I was done I used it to move my trailers around so I could set up my pop up camper.

Edit* I also changed my wiper blades. First time in three years I've owned the truck.

    Sub $30 thermometer update
Finally got away from the fiancé to test install the 3D printer thermometer housing angle. I ended up doing the dollar-store tape measure clip mod to attach the thermometer to the headliner. My can of black spray paint ran out so you can still see some green of the 3D print. I’ll add another coat when I add longer cable. But I ended up wiring ground to the map light fixture. Just shoved the end of the wire into the negative portion of the clip. I added a add-a-fuse to the rear power window fuse to have power when the truck is on. I felt like that was the least necessary fuse I could find. The thermometer is currently measuring interior cabin temperature with a 5in temp probe while I wait for the longer probe. Excited this is looking pretty good and looks good up next to the scangauge.

Looks good here is one I rebuilt last summer. The wiring can be the trickiest part.

Haven't done anything to my truck lately. But I did get my senior pictures back and this one is my favorite by far. Screenshot_2018-02-24-23-02-04.jpg

    Stock right now :(

That's it. I posted a quick review about it earlier. It takes like 2 seconds to install. The kit has 3M adhesive strips on the back. Clean the area with the supplied alcohol wipe and stick on. The bottom of the bracket has a piece that goes all the way across, making it impossible to mount crooked. Just make sure you use an iPad Air 2 or 9.7 Pro otherwise you may have to trim with a dremel. If you're not sure what kind of iPad you have, check the model number on the back (small lettering). It has to be A1566 or A1567 (Air2).

It's a halo light bar I bought on ebay for about 200. It's bluetooth and changes colors, strobes and has music mode and sound mode. And because it can be changed to orange/amber it is street legal in Missouri. Can be considered as cab lights or drls. Just search halo light bars on ebay. It took sometime to find the right size and pay only 200 for it

I finally set my own toe after it was badly off from adding OME trim packers a few weeks ago. I followed @nd4spdbh idea to create this contraption to accurately measure the toe, and I'll be damned, it worked flawlessly. Sure, it looks ghetto held up with black electrical tape, but the money saved and satisfaction of keeping someone's hands off my rig was worth it. I went from 8mm (.45 degrees) of toe in to 0 degrees and centered the steering wheel in the process.

That extension cord will kill all your amps. Needs to be on a FAT extension cord, < 50' & on a circuit that is only for the one receptacle.
