Think my pump is most likely going. Steering wheel is pretty stiff.

Any tips on changing it before I start pulling bolts out and disconnecting hoses?

    I got a 2.7 4x4 manual.

    Is it making any noise?

stiff wheel might not mean the pump

mine was stiff from playing with it too much :dancingbacon:

My steering was hard to turn because my ujoint on the rack was bad but my rack also started to leak and needed a replacement

I hope I don't have to replace the rack. The pump has been pretty noisy. Wheels turn smooth, just a lot more resistance.

if pump is noisy then check fluid level
