1GR camshaft Recommendation form, need help.

Hi ..

i have 1GR-EF Engine with Supercharged TRD 4.0, Im using the car for sand dune truck & stret racing, i make order for new camshaft, but the company asking to fill the form to make the camshft for me, please any one can help me on this matter.

please check the attachment, copay from the recommendation form.

Already pay for the camshaft.. only need the recommendations..

 

They have the profiles of which to purchase, on their website. Talk to them. They will be more helpful than anyone here.

There are only two members on this forum with camshafts. I am one of those two people. Not easy to get here in America.

You will need new valve springs and retainers. The factory springs do not like the additional compression.

 

I have all the part already.. guide, spring, retainer, seats, locks, supercharged, bully .. etc

Only the camshaft is bending.

 

Whom is doing the installation or engine build?

Who did you purchase the cams from? What brand are the cams?

Sounds to me like there is an issue that needs to be discussed between the builder and the supplier/manufacturer.

I don't know how things work in your country, but that's how we would do it here.
