A while back I ordered sliders for a double cab long bed. After the anticipated ship date came and went I contacted @Mobtown Offroad about the status. He was having issues with his powder coater and they were going to be delayed. I found a powder coating company close by the house and mobtown shipped them bare steel to me. Instead of a refund he sent me a front skid plate, which is a beast by the way.

After a couple of months of them being in the garage I finally went to get them installed. One of the slider mounting plates were wrong and I contacted @mobtown again. He immediately sent the correct parts and offered to cover the cost of the repair. Instead of refunding the money he sent me a mid-skid plate. The cost of the mid skid plate was more than the repair and was not expecting that.

I will say even though there were delays and errors in the fabrication @mobtown's customer service is outstanding. He is definitely willing to go out of the way for his customers and I will not hesitate to order from him again!

Thanks Mike, glad we were able to work it out. We can only learn from our mistakes.

Sounds like super solid customer service! When the time comes for sliders I'll definitely be taking a trip up to Mobtown.

Yeah, obviously great service, and others of the builder community say good things about them too. I bought my sliders locally in So Cal, and @Mobtown Offroad was recommended for my skids- which I need for the fact that Ive already dented and scraped my OEM pie-tin! So, I ordered mine with their current tax sale and can’t wait to put them on before doing some more Death Valley backroads, Mojave Road and maybe Utah’s Kokopelli trail this spring and summer! :)

That’s nice of them! I’m hoping mine ship out soon. Ordered them end of November :fingerscrossed:
