It’s up to you, this is why I suggested it, or do you want to wait until you put your new wheels on?

What time is C&C over usually?

The church requests that it shut down by ten, we found that out the last time we were there.

Here's my thinking and you can blow it out of the water if want Mark, but, why don't we just take over a Jims or some restaurant that serves breakfast at 9:30 or so. We can make it a SA Tacoma world meeting and go over up coming rallys or fund raisers or car show or whatever.

I have thought about that and I would be open to suggestions, we are a group and we can organize this as a group and go where we think it will work. I have just pushed the cars n coffee because it was a venue that allowed us to go there.

This group is pretty big and there's lots of places that would reserve a room if they knew we were coming to eat and meet. The mustang club meets a Matamoras off of 10 and they've been there for about 6 years..........I don't think they serve breakfast though.

That may work, but based off what this group likes to do and places we go, I believe somewhere a little more remote would be better suited. Maybe somewhere like red cove at Medina lake, rocky parking lot, we could cook, and we would be able to leave before all the boats got there..., spitballing ideas at the moment.

No, between 20 and 30 usually. Some of those guys only show up for events. but thats 180 people paying 20.00 a year dues.......and all the other money that they raise. BUT thats and actual club with a bank account and sponsors and all that entails.

Prefer the "parking lot" experience myself. Mostly because a restaurant adds complexity and is restrictive. I just want to walk around, look at trucks and shoot the shit. Add in some breakfast tacos or dirt trails and I'm definitely there, as long as it's not too far.

Well the nice thing about doing the restaurant thing is even if C&C is canceled at this location or it rained out or whatever affects it we can still meet

I believe this will take some more discussion, would like to do this as a group thing so that we are all on board with this.
